The Global Conflicts series has won numerous prizes including the prestigious BETT Award. The games make it possible for you to explore and learn about different conflicts across the globe.

In Global Conflicts, you will perceive the world through the eyes of a journalist who is attempting to find the best possible story.

Why play Global Conflicts? In Global Conflicts, you are brought closer to a series of problems that are occurring across the world  yet, these problems are far from the everyday that the students traditionally witness.

You will interact with individuals who are greatly affected by these conflicts. You are forced to navigate a virtual chaotic world, in which there is no one truth. The games challenge the way you perceive conflicts and society while encouraging them to analyze and relate to international issues, such as globalization, corruption, democracy and human rights.

Social studies: The games challenges the students grasp on social science and encourages them to analyse and make up their mind on international affairs, globalization, corrup¬tion, democracy, social inequity and human rights.

Geography: In each episode, the students get to travel to dif¬ferent conflict zone. In their encounters with the people in the games, they get an insight into demography, living and working conditions, as well as culture and values.

History: The games provide the students the opportunity of studying attitudes towards various global issues, as well as seeing them in a historical context.

Media studies: The games give the students an insight into the life and work of a reporter – and the tools at his/hers disposal.
